Dwelling Characteristics

Description

The database presents the percentage distribution of households in Oman based on their dwellings characteristics as per the results of the "Comprehensive Household Survey" conducted in 2016, which was a multi-purpose household survey. The sample of the survey was selected according to scientific, international standards. The sampling design used for this survey was a multistage stratified cluster sample representing the eleven governorates as well as rural and urban areas. The sample consists of 14460 living households and 300 collective households.
